This website is a scam. They prey on your money by intentionally making their website buggy (sucking up your money with every bug) and screw you every way they can. And dont even bother goin to customer support... they are rude and waste massive amounts of your time spinning you in circles then basically call you a liar. Deplorable. My experience with this "company" was horrible. The customer service is rude, they treat the customer 2nd. The website does not work correctly. I had trouble getting through to support. Trying to access my account balance has been an extremely frustrating experience. To sum it up, these are the hoops I jumped: (1) wrote an email to customer support explaining the problem (2) received an automated response directing me a "support" link on their site (3) support link was no help (4) explained my problem on the support link (5) wrote another email (6) received an email redirecting me back to their support link (7) talked to live chat and the representative did not have a clue (... playspan is a worthless company, i might say other wise if they would actually work with you to resolve an issue. i bought and item from them using one of their cards as payments and i have been waiting for over 5 days now to receive and email with the info needed. when you try and use their live chat they just run you in circles, like when i used their live chat the first time they told me that i would need to wait 24 hours for my transaction to be processed so i waited then i received an em... PlaySpan? An awesome idea. More or less doing what Paypal is doing: reuniting lots of payment methods into a single account. Although aimed for the gaming community, you can also use it for a lot of other things. For example I use it to pay my international phone bills (my provider decided they won't use Paypal or credit card payments for US customers anymore). Playspan..wat an excellent platform....I always like to try and play different games everytime! I mainly play games on Facebook and Crossfire,DDO and many more are just rocking. Also i buy ultimate game cards, Z8 points deposit via sparechange. I've always had an excellent experience. I wud say fantabalous xperience ever so far:) playspan rocks!! Hey! I’d say playspan provides a pretty useful service for a gamer like me. A reliable source to get G1 credits for my gamerfirst account. It makes it quick and easy to buy gaming credits online. Also, I am happy with the customer service. I recently had a problem while redeeming an ultimate game card. Just one email and they had it fixed! Thats more than satisfactory to me.
