I signed up and security system installed. Within the first 3 months, 2 false panic alarm incidents occurred. Neither incident was caused by me, yet I ended up paying the $100 charge for each incident. I believe it's the problem with their system and/or the installation and programming. For both incidents, I was not anywhere near the security keypad or remote control. It was not caused by me. My recent installation went very well, updating a system which had not been used for several years. We purchased additional keypads and motion sensors were replaced so that our small dogs would not activate the alarm when we are gone. Read More »

One day I was out town for a weekend and away from my family. One night while everyone was asleep, someone tried to break in... I could not be more greatful that Adt was installed at my house. The robber kicked in the back door and the siren alarmed!The police was called and while the thief was trying to flee he was caught. A known felon was sent to jail. Worth every penny. Read More »
