I have been fortunate to receive a loan modification for the 1st loan and a settlement for the 2nd loan with the banks for my home with Beverly Hills Lawyers and Associates' help. After dealing with a mortgage company that promised a modification 3 times and reneged each time, Angelica filed a law suit and worked a miracle.It took time, but she got the mortgage company to reduce the principle from $1.1M to $685k. She also persuaded them to clear all negative credit for all three reporting agencies. Thanks to Angelica Leon and her team at Beverly Hills Law Associates we were able to obtained a permanent loan modification on our home with Bank of America and I'm confident we could not have done this without them. After a year of dealing with Bank of America, Beverly Hills Law was able to work a loan modification on our personal home. We were in an interest-only loan approaching the time to refinance and our credit was in the tank due to foreclosures and short-sales on rental properties. Angelica and Beverly Hills Law Associates did what they said they would do. They got us a loan modification on our home. This was not a normal case. We received a loan mod through the efforts of BHLA and then the bank pulled the loan modification away from us. Angelica, did not walk away and say oh I did my job. She hung in with us.
