My $65 quote to unclog any drain turned into a $6,700 job. I had a feeling that there was something amiss as they kept giving me the "good news", "bad news" updates. I went from $65 to $150 to $650 to $1,700 to $6,700. I felt like a fish on a hook being reeled in. I called for an inspector from the city and another company to come and look at the work and the problem. HIRE THESE GUYS! They are competent, experienced, helpful, caring, and VERY reasonably priced! Manny and his crew replaced my sewer line from the house to the sidewalk (40+ feet with trenchless technology), replaced the water supply pressure regulator, replaced a toilet, shower, and faucet, and made some other minor repairs. We had Oscar, The Rooter Drain Expert, out about a month ago because we had a clogged sink. He cleared it quickly enough, but we asked him to fix the problem because we had chronic stoppages. Fortunately all the line that needed replacing was in the crawlspace, so we ordered up a new drain line from the kitchen. We told them to skip the rest of the drain line. The Rooter Drain Expert deserves five stars. For about a month now, I have been having my drain backup. I had Mike Diamond come out. They could not solve the problem. I finally called The Rooter Drain Expert. They came out and tried snaking out the drain. Still no success. They ran a camera down the drain pipe and could not go further than 63 feet. I called about an issue and not only did he recognize and fix the problem he also found out why I've been having SO many pluming issues over the last few years. He fixed that too. I just like to say it was a pleasure doing business with Rooter Drain Expert!! We dealt with Manny for the job. From the estimate to completion. He was very knowledgeable with his information and kept us informed every step of the way..The camera that they used was very clear, so there was no question what problems we were having. Our water heater was leaking so we called the roto "you know who", thinking they were going to give us an affordable, economical price. They ended up giving us a price that was too expensive for me! They truly are Drain Experts! A week ago, my kitchen sink started backing up. I called a few plumbing companies, but their quotes were over the top. I came across The Rooter Drain Expert Inc and decided to give them a call. They were very helpful from the moment they answered the phone. I CALLED DRAIN MASTER ON JAN 3,2010; FOR AN ESTIMATE FOR CLEARING MY MAIN DRAIN WHICH BACKS UP FROM TIME TO TIME. ONE OF THEIR TECHS CAME OUT I BELIEVE HIS NAME IS STEPHEN.
