AVA Construction is supposed to taking care the GREEN POINT application for our new single family construction in Palo Alto. It’s extremely hard to get hold of them and make any appointment. Even after appointment, they promise to do work, but never deliver. My cousin asked me after seeing how much work is done in the house if I would do such a big project again and my answer was "Only if it is with AVA construction" I absolutely recommend AVA Construction!!!! I became familiar with AVA construction by watching the job they did for my neighbor down the street. I was impressed with what they did to turn a tract house into a elegant home, and the short amount of time it took. AVA was the fourth contractor we talked to, and the only one who gave us a sense that they really knew what they could do for us. Ava construction has done a fabulous job on my home. Was done quicker then I had ever expected and was done professionally. I had them extend out & remodel my entire kitchen. It is the best kitchen ever. I also had them remodel all 3 bathrooms. What an awesome job! My showers are now so roomy where before one was small to where I couldn't even turn around much and my other bathroom had no shower at all and that bathroom turned out also very nice. Ava Construction is remodeling my neighbor's house. Their construction crew consistently shows up at 7:45 every Saturday and stays until well after 7 p.m. during the week. I have called the police on them multiple times as it is the only way to get them to stop disrupting the neighborhood. We can't open our windows as all we hear is noise 12+ hours a day. We hired Kamran & Ava construction to do a master bedroom addition and kitchen remodel. He started with the new addition first and moved very quickly to the kitchen remodel. We are very happy with the quality of the construction and materials used in it. His crew is very professional and pay close attention to details. When we decided to sell our house, we wanted some one who could remodel the entire kitchen within a week with very good quality Cabinets and granite counter top for reasonable price. If you want a beautiful house and don’t care about what is going on during the remodeling project, you might be happy with Kamran from AVA. If you are trying to personalize your house by being involved in materials selections and designs then I suggest you pick someone else. AVA Construction was the best decision we have taken to remodel our home. The staff was always on time, consistent and willing to work the necessary hours to get the job done. This is a great company to work with. For us it was remodeling most of our home; completely changing the kitchen and adding a bedroom and bathroom. I was expecting this to be very stressful, but Kamran and his crew made it as easy as possible. Six months ago we had our first experience with this company; remodeling our kitchen. We had only had one previous experience with a contractor, and it wasn't good. However by the end of our first meeting with Kamran we felt comfortable and we weren't disappointed. We had two bathroom remodel done by AVA Construction. Kamran provided a fairly competitive quote and finished the job with very good quality within +-2 days of the planned date. The whole crew was nice and responsible especially he had a wonderful plumber. We had only a few misunderstandings and one little mistake but they fixed both cases.
