My home was going through foreclosure in 2010. We called Franklin law group and paid them $1500 to modify the loan. After hearing that our file was in review with bank and the bank continued to send foreclosure papers. I kept in contact with Orlando Fernandez(the only person that answered the phone) and he told me to ignore the foreclosure papers, the bank just has to send them. Do not use this company,they have done nothing to help us. It should be illegal to do business like they do. 2500.00 down the drain!!! I was called by Brian Brown at this company and was told upfront that " Franklin Law Group does not take a client if we cant win the case " . Never ever use Franklin! Working with Jacqueline Zenon at Franklin Law Group has been such a blessing for my family and I. They were able to get my first and second mortgage modified and now we have fixed loans at great rates and we are able to stay in our home. I hired them in july 2010...They have passed my case off three times. I have over a hundred emails from me to them, maybe 25 responses. They did not do a single thing they said they would do. They never followed thru with anything. I pointed out the inaccuracy statments (reasons for foreclosure) backed with documents, they never even sent them to the mortgage company. I would totally recommend Franklin Law Group to anyone and everyone. They help me and my wonderful family of three little children and a wonderful husband save our house with a loan modification. I hired Franklin Law Group back in August of 2010 & as of today I still have no resolve to my mortgage issues. I recently contacted the Franklin Law Group out of FL as well, at first the experience was hopeful. After submitting my packet for a loan modification, my $950, voicemails and emails went on def ears. I even called a Mrs. Aileen Franklin (assuming she is owner) and both emails and voice mails have gone not returned. I too believed in Franklin Law Group. I referred my girlfriend to Franklin and they reviewed her finances and said she would get a loan modify because of her income. After six months of BS the Mortgage hold said she would never beable to the mod with her income. I before that I could reach someone know I can't get a return phone call for a refund like they promised as long as it was not our fault that the mod didn't not close. I went to Franklin Law Group, to try to get my mortage reduced. Im in Texas and I guess us in Texas don't have that right. Gave this law firm $1000. and missed 2 house payments and then it went bad. I called Franklin law group several months ago for help with my re fi of my home. I was told "We spoke to them! your all set" and that I didnt have to make payments for 3 months. It was all false. Unfortunatley at this point i am experiencing the same issues with Franklin Law. Initially I also spoke with a very nice gentleman. Skeptical as well we trusted him and paid our fee for the services. 5/1/10 Franklin Law Group is legit. If you look up Aileen Franklin (owner) on the Florida Bar's website (floridabar.org) all of her info comes up and it states she was admitted in 2002 to the Florida Bar practice.
