I had the challenge recently in a corporate relocation to have my originally scheduled auto carrier cancel at the last minute. this left me stranded on a Tuesday, when I needed to be out of the house by Friday (it was sold and closing the following Monday). AD from AA United did a wonderful job. She is very knowledgeable and dependable. I used AA United to transport my car and it arrived ahead of schedule. I was reluctant at first to use anymore of these car transporters because I was disappointed from my previous engagement with the other company. The process from start to finish was very easy and happened exactly as planned. The individual picking up the car was on time, professional and very accommodating. I used this company to transport my car from a rather remote town in Arizona to the island of Kauai. The time from pick-up to delivery was ten days. Other than some "ocean air" and a little transit grime, she arrived in just fine shape and I am planning on using this company to return my vehicle to the mainland after my short year here on Kauai. I found AA United Auto Transport by chance. My car dealership referred me to an in state mover and they then referred me to United. I am very thankful that they did. There are so many transport companies that it is difficult to decide on one and not one that is just the 'cheapest'. I had to move my BMW to Paris and was very worried about the whole process as it is a luxury car in hands of someone for over a month. I was so pleased with AA's service. Karolina took my first call and within one day had me set up to move a car from NJ to CA! She also cut the quote by 150.00. They subbed out the job to Safeway and they, too ,did a wonderful job. Carlos, the driver kept me informed as to his location and was so helpful with info about the car. I am active duty military stationed in Montana and I purchased a truck from a dealership in Houston, Texas. I was doing all of the purchasing over the phone and there were a few hiccups along the way which resulted in my having to cancel and reschedule with the transport company on 3 separate occasions. When I decided to move from Los Angeles to Chicago this summer, I had no idea how to get my car across country. Luckily, a friend highly recommended UAT.
