This company also operates under BNC-GC. Operated by Jonathan Moore. Took almost $30,000 from us to start a guest house expansion on our property in Palm Beach County for my parents. Months went by, he never started the project. Six months later we're still battling with him to return our deposit after he refused to start our project because he felt it was under-quoted to start!
