Safetrans has a contract with San Jose to assist with busses for children. Today this company left my child on the road waiting I wasn't notified until almost a half hour after the scheduled pickup. During this conversation the caller couldn't keep track of his own lies for excuses. Then 55 minutes after another(?) bus driver contacts us with more excuses.
