All Pro Pools was the fourth company I called for a quote, and -by far- outclassed the others that came by and looked at the job. The first quote came in at a low-ball estimate -with quick turn-around time, that rang of "get it done and gone". The second quote came in at a not-as-low estimate -with caveats everywhere. Richard and his staff exemplified exceptional service. Detected Spa leak with state of the art equipment and repaired accordingly without jeopardizing the pool deck appearance. Thoroughly explained how my filtration system operates and has restored my pool by performing an acid wash and re-grout on all tiles. Pool/Spa looks great. Richard came out to give me an estimate. He took over an hour to answer all of my questions. I got two other proposals and they were right in line with his proposal. I chose him because he answers his phone and seemed like an honest guy. His guys started on Monday and my new Diamond Bright coating was completed and the pool filled on Wednesday. FIVE STAR COMPANY - Our HOA contacted All Pro Pools regarding a problem with the community pool. A representative of All Pro Pools promptly came out and assessed the situation. He was very knowledgeable as to exactly what the problem was, as well as the solution to fix it. Their bid to repair the rust stains and resurface the pool was very fair. Recently I had All Pro Pools refinish my pool. They are true to their name. The quote was complete and very competitive. The workers were extremely courteous – a refreshing change for South Florida! Rich continually updated me on the progress and what they were doing. Once completed, the workers removed all sign of construction.
