This Company is nothing but SCAM when it comes to refinancing a vehicle-they are bogus- sent a mailer re pre-qualified to refinance vehicle when its all a sales tactic to get me to purchase a car at a dealership. They have no refinancing options at all! REPORT THIS CO to the CFPB. The rep actually said the credit report disclosed my interest rate in which was inaccurate. My family and I have been trting to trade in our small Honda Civic that we got 4 years ago with the thought that we would be able to trade it in a few years down the road. Alliance Direct Lending has incredible customer service, very helpful, very fast. I have tried to refinance with my old bank, never had a missed payment or anything and they never lowered my rate from 12%. I took a chance with Alliance Direct Lending and they found me a rate of 6%, I was so happy because now I can start paying my car off a lot faster with the money I'm saving. Read More »

I got a letter in mail saying they could probably either lower my interest rate (was 30% !!!!) or get me in something newer with better interest rate. I had been working on my credit and though I was extremely skeptical (I cancelled my appt twice believing it would be a waste of time) I finally went in.
