We recently contracted with Stone Lion to renovate our master bathroom and bedroom and are very pleased with the final results. Scott Subko is a perfectionist and he and his employees worked hard to deliver exactly what we wanted. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent craftsmanship that his team demonstrated. He is also easy to work with and flexible in the planning stages which was a plus. After doing extensive research, I contracted with Stone Lion to remediate my home due to Chinese drywall. I was extremely pleased with the work they did. Everything was completed in a timely manner and pursuant to the contract and agreed upon price. There were no hidden fees or upcharges. We were referred to Stone Lion (Scott) through a family friend several years ago. He did a relatively small project for us and we were totally amazed at his craftsmanship, professionalism and straight forward approach to bidding. I hired Stone Lion to do a complete rehab on a home I had purchased with Chinese drywall. This required stripping the house down to the studs and rebuilding it. Scott was extremely knowledgeable on the subject and guided us through this very overwhelming 6 month project. My home was delivered on time and on budget. No unexpected upcharges! Stone Lion has done an AMAZING job remodeling our master bathroom. I found them by driving behind one of their vehicles on the road one afternoon, and was impressed by how nice and clean it was, so I went home to look up the website. We underwent a major renovation (including increasing the size of the garage and bedroom, new laundry room, redone bath, new exterior patio, and a new roof over all) and used Stone Lion. Stone Lion (Scott Subko) is one of those rare people who say little and do a lot. My entire home required demolition down to the studs because of Chinese Drywall. From planning, to the actual demolition, to helping me choose replacement products and everything in between, Scott was always there, on time, never impatient,and always going the extra step. We were very, very pleased with Stone Lion. Stone Lion Building and Restoration Corp. completed a major renovation to our 1963 home. Walls were moved to create a large bathroom and small laundry room where the reverse existed, a large living room entranceway wall was moved to create a short entrance hall and a larger kitchen, an island and built in hutch were added to the living area, a garage was built where there was an existing carport, and the location and number of doors and windows was changed and created. Stone Lion handled the complete renovations of my condo. I worked directly with Scott (Owner/Contractor) and he handled everything from floor to ceiling, quite literally.
