We became clients in February of 2020 and still 14 months later they only have filed our 2019 taxes. Called another attorney per their instructions and the tax attorney with a different company knew what we needed to do within 10mins and had contacted the IRS on our behalf via conference call. Signed up with this company in March 2013 and provided all supportive documentation. Was told it would take only up to 8 weeks to provide results. In July received a letter that my account was suspended. I managed to speak with a case manager and was told that it was because I did not provide information which I provided back in March. AFTER ONE OF THEIR REPS CONVINCED ME THAT THEY COULD HELP ME WITH MY TAX LEVY NOTICE RECEIVED FROM THE IRS FOR $49,000 I SIGNED UP IN GOOD FAITH WITH IDEAL TAX SOLUTION ONLY TO HAVE THE IRS LEVY MY BANK ACCOUNT DAYS AFTER IDEAL TAX SOLUTION WAS SUPPOSE TO CONTACT THE IRS ON MY BEHALF. I am a current Ideal client and the problem I have is the horrendous communication they provide. I rarely if ever write reviews. But I have tried for over 3 weeks to solve a levy that was erroneously put on my bank account and while the amount isn't very much, it's the stress and frustration that still exists and that Ideal is there to take away. I received a notice that appeared to be from the IRS with all kind of "official" notices referenceing United States Code. There was no company information but only "IRS Federal Tax Lien Notification" and US govt information. When I called the number at the bottom to inquire about why I received this notice, the company was Ideal Tax Solutions out of Costa Mesa CA. 877-829-3123. This company cares about their clients! Any time I was concerned they jumped all over the problem right away and we remain well informed of every step on our case. There is still more work to be done for me but I can tell you that my revenue officer is no longer bothering me and that alone has gotten rid of a huge headache. My elderly in-laws got behind on taxes and I have helped them get caught up. All taxes are currently paid.
