Bought! 2 black ink cartridges for my printer. Installed 1st one and got an "unsupported cartridge" error message. Installed 2nd which worked but it produced faded gray lettering. BOUGHT INK FOR 2 PRINTERS. ONE SET DIDN'T WORK, SO I DIDN'T OPEN THE OTHER SET, AND SENT THEM BOTH BACK FOR A REFUND. I ALSO HAD TO PAY SHIPPING TO SEND THEM BACK! This company is a scam. Expect to lose whatever money you pay them. They will send you ink cartridges that do not work with your printer, then refuse to refund you. If you call them a kid named Daniel will answer. If you ask to speak to his manager he will tell you his boss is out of town and they cant do anything about it. purchased what was advertised as original HP in from HP and what I got was some refills in some strange colored cartridges. I purchased ink that was defective. Furthermore, it ruined my copier machine. I called for refund, they advised me I had to send product back. I asked for a call tag (as original shipping was free) and they told me they do not do that and that I had to send it myself. I shipped it back and they refunded me minus an additional $4.95. I purchased 70 dollars worth of ink. When I received it, the product code matched my current ink and when I purchased it I made sure to input all of the information about my printer as well. When I put the ink in my printer it said it was an "Old Generation Cartridge-cartridge for old generation of printer" There are no options explaining that on the sight and I put in all relevant info when purchasing ink (I purchase ink quite frequently) I called Sinotime to work out this issue. I have done business with this company (Sinotime Tech) for about 3 years. I buy toner for my Brother printer from them. I have never had a problem with this company, they have always done what they said they would do and have charged according to their price posted. I have never been shorted on orders and have never had to wait more than a couple of days to receive what I purchased from them. I have been using this company for a couple years now and I am very impressed with their customer service and their products. I have only had 1 issue with all of the products I have ordered from them (print cartridge had leaked in its sealed plastic pouch)and after a 2 minute phone call I had a replacement for the defective product on the way.
