My wife and I just refinanced our home without any problems due to the wonderful job of Mr. Milo. He was very professional and kept us apprised of everything during every step of the process. I just retired from being a mortgage loan officer for over thirty years. My Aunt was in dire need of obtaining a reverse mortgage. Thanks to Director's Financial Group, we were able to refinance our home, significantly lower our payment, and get rid of the mortgage insurance that we were paying. I was hesitant to even start the process, but they assured me that it was possible and stood behind their guarantee that they would find a way. I'm writing this review to help out people who want to refi and because these guys deserve a "Job well done!" I had a great experience with my streamline loan. My loan officer was Lee Wright. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Thanks much to Lee and Brian at Directors Financial for making my mortgage refinance happen. The other brokers I checked with must have had higher fees, because I went through a lot of hassle only to find terms that were not in my interest. I would like to recommend Dan Bray for his efforts during my home purchase. Dan was very helpful with the FHA process. I am a first time buyer, and had never dealt with FHA and he made it simple and easy for me. He was available via email, phone, text whichever would work for me at the time I had questions. Thanks to Dan Bray, securing a loan for my home was easier than 1,2,3. Dan has the knowledge and experience it takes to secure a home loan without issues. My situation was not the best, yet without any issues at all, my loan rate was locked in and my home loan secured. I was a nervous wreck since we were buying with a FHA loan without a large down and our credit scores were not so great. The experience I had with Directors Financial Group was so unpleasant that I never wish to do business with them again. I had to restart my loan process due to an unexpected situation on the sellers behalf and was told my new closing date would only take two weeks. We had an excellent experience with Directors Financial. The whole process could not have gone any smoother. DFG was always available and working hard to get all our documents and information submitted and in order for our loan to process smoothly. Directors team orchestrated everything and made many calls on my behalf to get information we needed. The worst refi experience ever. My rate wasn't locked as promised. The month of closing, I was told my rate wasn't locked and I needed to wait for the rate to go down. My 0 cost loan as promised kept changing in fees. Worst of all, funding didn't occur as stated in the signed notary paperwork. Kept getting delayed with no definitive closing date.
