Selvi-Vidovich LP does not follow ethical or civil guidelines in order to stay in business legally in California. For example, the company lists its address with the Secretary of State, which they have not had for over a decade. All corporations must have their actual address up to date with the SOS' office so that process servers can easily find them to save them legal notice.
