HLP just got me out of school loan debt. Thought this program was a scam when I signed up 8 years ago but Mike Goulet talked me into taking a chance on the program and 8 years later and $130,000 gone...a clear, its legit program and well worth the time to sign up. This is my 3rd year. Higher Level Processing has been helping me since 2018. They are a blessing! I would not be able to afford my student loan. these guys call me everyday between 10 to 20 times a day. i do not have student loan, yet they don't want to remove my name from their list. i am sick and need to take care of other things, yet they keep calling and calling. i will call my congressman, BBB, any government agency that i can think of, anybody who can stop these harassers. matthew thompson with hlp took the reigns after some handling issues created confusion and caused regressive action. thompson resubmitted my claim for a slightly different program that was more appropriate the one previously considered resulting in complete dismissal of nearly $60k in debt prompting a boost in my credit score and removing a heavy weight from my shoulders as i would likely never, ever be able to pay off the debt given new life conditions that came about in the last few years.... I have been with NSL for about a year now & let me tell you it was the best decision I have ever made! I was told by my old loan place that the only program I qualified for was for 200$ a month & nothing lower. Manny help me out so much. He was very respectful, PROFESSIONAL down to the end of the call. Very helpful, courteous. Emily Orendorff was the one who assisted me with the paperwork. It was pretty tedious but she was patient enough to go over the steps with me thoroughly and answered my questions. I had received call after call from companies (is that right?) like HLP. Some said I qualified while others said I did not.
