This company is the best! First Kobi he was so informative and helpful and really nice he immediately put us at ease. He and his partner measured our roof. They gave us a great price and even helped us with financing. Let me first start off by saying that we were looking for quite some time (since February) to get our roof tear-off done as we had an annoying leak in a trouble spot on our roof that just refused to be fixed. We brought in numerous contractors who gave us their ridiculous and pushy sales pitches, outrageous prices, etc. which did not help with our comfort level. I wanted to surprise my lovely wife with the new bedroom.. We had an old bed, and reaaaally old closets. I wanted to throw them out for a long time. My wife also. I realized that my basement was really big, but only a third of it was used. And that was for some old stuff which we don’t need on regular basis. And because the part of the basement was wider that the ground floor plan, I wanted to use that to illuminate it with natural light. And of course, to renovate entire basement. I wanted to remodel a room for my younger daughter. She really deserved it, but her room somehow always was last to be finished up. I was doing my daily routines at home, had breakfast, drove my kids to school and when I got back my kitchen turned into a horror movie! Everything was flooded, the main pipe under my sink exploded. I called the plumber from yellow pages. He fixed the pipe, but immediately after he left I noticed some strange noises when the tap was on. I bought my house in a foreclosure and it was in desparate need of updating. I went with TLC recommended to me by my sister. They had done a beautiful job on her addition. I gave them a call and had a project manager come out the next day. He was very nice and knowledgeable about all the improvements I wanted to do including my kitchen and family room remodels. I signed up with Alon Levin of TLC Home Improvement for hardwood floors for my two bedrooms and the staircase. I am really pleased with their work. They were on time and they did beautiful work. Whatever little problems I had was quickly resolved. The price was reasonable too, having had three other estimates. The wood they used looked even better than the sample I had chosen, so that was a nice surprise. Read More »

This is a terrific company if you want a home improvement job done right. We previously had them redo our kitchen and bathrooms.They did a great job and finished on schedule. Currently, they are finishing a bigger job involving a new front entrance, new bathroom, new electrical service, new HVAC and new driveway as well as painting inside and out. Who says kitchen remodels have to bankrupt you or drive you crazy? We saw a TLC ad in the mail and liked what we saw. We gave them a call and had a kitchen design for our home in Los Angeles that we liked within a week. We ordered the cabinets and they arrived 6 weeks later. It is a huge relief to find a remodeling contractor who is extremely professional, reliable and have all the necessary insurance policies. There are a lot of horror stories about contractors who sign a contract, take deposit and disappear. We moved here from Montreal Canada about six months ago, my wife native language is French and I was afraid that she will have communication issues since she was home every day. All your remodeling is really great, I really think they are reliable and professional. Tlc did my kitchen and bathroom, the first time their project manager Abe walked in, he was kind of a mystery, the company credential's are really great and Abe gave us names of previous customers with their phone number. We did call and receive good recommendation for TLC and for Abe. We signed the contract and within two days they started to work. Everything was really great until the tile crew came late... I want to tell your company employees that you and everyone else at tlc home improvement what a great remodel job Roy has done! The crew was promptly here at 8 Am. Every morning. They perform every task with perfection. Roy made sure cleaning was done meticulously, on a daily basis. I couldn't ask for more! I just had my roof replaced. It had begun to look very bad the shingles were curling and the loose asphalt was collecting in my gutters. In the summer of 2010 T.L.C home improvement fully remodeled my kitchen by removing the drop ceiling, and replacing the old tile with new period appropriates tile. “The project manager, Kobi”, was responsive, knowledgeable and frequently on site, inspecting the work. TLC is a dedicated company. We had an air conditioning unit installed and everything went smoothly. The project manager and the contractors were very professional. Our system is working great. The project was completed in a timely manner. They made sure to work very carefully and neatly. They got the permits from the city. We did not have to worry about a thing. I had a great experience working with TLC Home Improvement... It is very rare to find competent people in this industry. I hired them to make major improvements in my kitchen and I was so happy with their work than they ended up also doing one of my bathrooms!
