If you are going to deal with the public - you need to be POLITE to people- Ryan probably doesn't know what they means - I'll explain it to him here. You don't treat potential customers like you do. We recently visited the home of friends residing in Scottsdale, Az and thoroughly enjoyed the wind sculpture in their yard. Upon returning to our Wisconsin home, we elected to purchase one for our pond garden area. I went online to see what the selection was and, after viewing many wind sculptures from other suppliers, came upon the website of Stsnwood Imports. Excellent seller with outstanding customer service. The kinetic wind feature required a replacement and upgraded wheel of blades. When notified of the problem, Starwood Imports promptly sent both new and improved blades free of any charges, including shipping.
