I've filed a total of 3 claims so far (out of hundreds shipped mind you) and have had a pretty pleasant experience with the company. I made sure to supply all the documents they asked for and received my payment promptly by paypal. That's a pretty nice option as based on a previous experience with another company I used, they only pay with by check. I filed over 6 claims in a 10 month time period and NEITHER of them got approved. All they know how to do is take your money. I would go back and forth with them for WEEKS about a claim and later find out my claim was denied. WASTE OF TIME & MONEY. BAD FAITH INSURANCE COMPANY Read More »

I have bought some HealthDesigns.com items in the end of 2014, applied (and obviously paid) for the InsureShip, as said "insure" in case my supplements didn't arrive. What happened is: my products didn't arrive till now, and I have placed my refund request religiously during the time frame described in the terms and conditions of the insure: between 30 and 60 days after the shipment has been made.
