I purchase a windows for my house 20 years ago. United Windows at that time were not the best windows but they had the best warranty of any manufacturer - Lifetime warranty workmanship and materials. Through the years I have had many of the windows replaced due to glass seal breakage or warping (approximately 40 sashes) with no hassles other than me doing all installations. I have not used United Windows's service yet, but I experienced a very poor professionalism and impatient consultation on the phone with them. Here is what happened, I emailed them to ask a quote for the price with all my detailed measures. They emailed me back with a quote. Two days later they called back, want to schedule a visit to them, which is fine. It has been very windy the past couple of weeks, and I was lucky enough to have this wind blow a my patio umbrella into my kitchen window. Extremely pleased. 9 total windows done and we were blown away by the speed and quality of the job. We got a quick estimate, thought the price was reasonable (had one lower estimate but we're glad we didn't take it!) and didn't look back. Obviously replacing your windows is a big investment but the payoff is huge and if you get energy efficient windows your saving big cash anyway. The crew was professional and was very careful all the way down to the caulking. Can't recommend them enough. Read More »

Quality stuff! The arched windows are the cherry on top of our new home, and thank you to United. They made the trip all the way out to Carson to get us all set up and we're very happy with the results. The workmen had to come back the next day to clean up but that wasn't a dealbreaker, as we're still cleaning anyway. Read More »

Last Thursday new United Brand Windows were installed in my home. Five days later I’d like to tell you it was one of my better decisions. Your company did their best to inform me, without being pushy, of all the advantages new dual-paned windows would add to my home. Oh and the price was second to none. So Happy! I cannot tell you how happy I am with my United Windows. Before having them installed, the house was so drafty throughout the winter. Especially the room that had the thermostat. We thought that the problem was the skylight and I was trying to figure out a way to close it up. The heat would click on constantly in there, making the rest of the house over heat.
