I had my town home re-piped and it required my luxury vinyl flooring to be removed. I specifically asked the guys if they were sure they knew how to remove them without damaging it so that I could dry them out and fit them back in and they said yes. They ended up ripping the floors out and completely damaging them. This has now cost me almost $1000 to get new flooring. I complained to repipe 1 office and spoke to the owner called David Tash. We had our whole house repiped with pex pipe and, best I can tell, they did a good job with that. (Only complaint regarding their work is that they retextured a whole wall and two whole ceilings, in two rooms, when all they were suppose to do is retexture the immediate area around the holes in the wall. I had a big problem in our house, every single time i was using the waching machine the water was coming out instead of going down, i thought it was the machine so sears came and checked it and was fine, so i called Repipe 1 and they found the problem in the pipes they were old and narrow and they changed all the pipes conected in that area, and I paid very low price. Great company that came and explained every aspect of the job. The plumbers came on time and explained that they were going to turn the water off during the day and turn it back on at the end of the day. But they actually finished the plumbing job in one day. The office called and verified that all was done and scheduled the patchers to come out the next day. We were noticing in our house that the Water Pressure was very low in the faucets, showers and even when my wife was using the washing machine, so I called Repipe 1 and they checked everything and found out that the problem was caused by the build-up of rust and corrosion on the inside of the pipes, they were old, the rust and corrosion didnt let the water flow normal, so they came and change all the pipes and the problem was solved inimediately. One of our bathroom was leaking on the hot water pipe under the slab in our facet, we called several companies for repiping and the prices were very high, when I called Repipe 1 the person in customer service was very nice set up the day and when they came fix the problem and we are very satisfy. After discovering a leak in our hot water pipes under the slab in our kitchen, we called several companies for repiping. Repipe 1 give me the estimate which is everything that needed to be done straight up. Finally we choose their service. The crew re-pipped my home in one day, they did a good job. Its been 3 years and I'm still not having problems. The quote I received was pretty low and the work they did was very professional.
