Service was for the alternator that John told me back in April that was on its way to going bad. Back then, he said to just watch out for it and four months later it finally went. Other mechanics would have told me to have it replaced right there and then but John didn't. I truly appreciate the honesty and how well he treats me as a customer from day one. Simply put I was very pleased with the service here, I didn't feel pressured and everything was explained to me properly. After the repair was completed John the owner showed me pictures of the repair process that he took and showed me the parts that were replaced. I had called around for quotes on this timing belt replacement and John beat everyone's price by far. I am very happy and satisfied, will for sure go back for other services. Read More »

Had a great experience at John’s shop he really helped me out of a bind when my wife’s car broke down and I did not know what was wrong he checked it out and fixed it for cheap because the problem was not as big as I though it was. In response to the review by Tarlan F, I am the owner of Hye Tech Auto and I stand behind my work all the way. Your husband a wonderful man brought in his 2005 Scion xA which he mentioned he had neglected for quite some time and that he hadn't replaced the oil for about 20,000 miles. The oil was so low and bad (like tar) I was surprised that your engine hadn't seized. We had to flush the engine several times just to clean the system out. Hye Tech went door to door selling a $30 coupon with several "free" services such as oil change, tire rotation and 12-point safetly check.
