UPDATE: It's now a full week later and STILL DO NOT HAVE THE PRODUCT...called back and asked for a refund on the package since it was not delivered and was told I would get a refund when the package was returned to them. Ordered the drops last week. NO drops and its been over a week. Said would deliver to street address, so I gave street address. Pull up tracking and "Not Found, no info". Called customer service, said was returned no one lives at address. I've lived here 15 years and hadn't moved. Asked for a refund. Was told would take 5-10 days. i have used hcg in the past both the ones with alcohol and those with none but the officialhcgdiet drops tastes just like water. i am so skeptical of this drop. i would like a refund asap. if i keep up the 500 calorie diet i will of course lose weight but its not the same as what a real hcg can do which is loss of inches. i am not new to this so i will know the difference between the weight loss of starvation and the real hcg weightloss. i got the drops today but i have already lost faith i... My sister and I began the Official HCG Diet Plan on 10/7/11. So far we are satisfied with the diet. We cook out of the recipe booklet and the food is good and not at all bland. Even though we just started we feel better and plan on sticking with it for the full 45 days. We will keep you posted. I have lost 4lbs and my sister has lost 2lbs. Well, I was new to HHCG and there are many websites out there selling the product. I took a chance with this company basing it on a few things. I like overnight shipping. I liked free shipping. In a nutshell the product and program is great and they are registered with the BBB. Some other things I loved about this company are: 1. It has a 100% free next day air delivery. Ok day 1 4/18(29 hours after order placed) no product... UPS does not recognize the tracking number... Not feeling very secure in my decision to order this online... And yes not a PO box... I was very sketical about this diet when I first heard about it but I have tried every other diet so I thought what the Heck I will give this one a shot too. Wow unbelievable I have lost 15 lbs in 2 weeks and still losing. I do stay hungry but as long as I drink my water it does take away the hunger pains. At first my experience was a good one until the product didn't work as they stated on their website. I followed instructions to the exact. This company has the absolute WORSE Customer Service. First off their website states that they give FREE overnight shipment. This is bogus. Not only do they not have a contact phone number on their website, but they give you phony tacking numbers, when you email them about not receiving their product you get no response.
