I just purchased a house in Orange, CA and called up RKM Heating & AC to come out to turn up my furnace as the home inspection noted it was very dirty. The technician, Mike, which came out to the house was a great guy who was very knowledgeable. He did a through cleaning of the Furnace and made some adjustments to the gas pressure to ensure the furnace was running per manufacturers specifications. I had a wee problem with water building up and draining from my roof. Michael came out right away and I didn't even have a warranty. Turns out a tiny and very old line allowing water to my unit had finally gone bad with several holes leaking the water. Michael came back next day, fixed the water line and I'm up and running again. I cannot say enough good things about RKM Heating & Air Conditioning. Michael was so wonderful, him & his crew installed my unit, cleaned up any mess and came back to install a switch that wasn't part of the contract, checked up to make sure all was running as expected. Beth in the office was very helpful,very professional and extremely polite. I would and will recommend to all my friends and family and anyone else who might ask me! This company was awsome. They took extreme care of my house and attention to detail when installing my air conditioner. They walked me throught the whole process befor they started and explained who every thing works. I was shocked to find all the stuff they put in that wasnt an extra charge. We did have a miss understanding on what thermostat that i was reciving and even though the contract did state that i was reciving the one they installed the took no time to quiclky give me the one i wan... hi im nicole, i just wanted to say how happy i am that we chose to use rkm. we looked around awhile before we ran across them. we told them what we were looking for and they they took care of use. there prices were lower than all the other companys for the exact same equipment. they also did a wonderful job on the insatll. we never had airconditioning in this house, now that we do were loving it. so thanks to rkm and there wonderful staff for taking care of use. you are my a/c company for li...
