The company sent me the wrong item and after multiple contacts including pictures to confirm the wrong item was sent, they refused my ability to return the item within 30 days against their policy. They are falsely advertising 30 day hassle free guarantee and refused to supply return authorization or return shipping label. Ordered camber bolts for my MR2. Rear bolts were great. The fronts however were too large. Protuninglab requested pictures of the bolts next to the stock bolts. Did that. Then they asked for a picture of the receipt sent with the box. They never sent me a receipt. I was told that it will "probably be hard" to get my money back or return the product. "Total Ripoff!!! These guys make money by selling popular headlights (Lexus Xenon Headlights in particular) that are never in stock, and then charge customers a $10 restocking fee for an item that has not shipped. I bought replacement headlights for my 2005 Chevy Colorado In December 2012 and installed them. They were nice lights but nothing special. After 40 days...10 days past their warranty, it rained. Water infiltrated the lights and caused moisture to build up inside the lights. I called and they said they are out of warranty. You cannot dry them out. I just bought halo projector headlights with hid kit for my 97 dodge 2500 and the plug and play was a simple but it took me over a day to install them due to modifications. if you want to do alot of modification these headlights are what you want but the oem relacement is not right. and the shipping took three week just to recieve my item i would not buy anything from this company never again. would not recommend this to nobody. half star if i could Read More »

Please do not buy anything from this company! When you call, you just get a voice mail. I have left my name and number many times, not once have they returned my call. Will not answer emails, or voice mails, ordered my lights on the 24th of last month, it's been 3 weeks and I haven't seen my order or been able to track my order.
