I had the pleasure of hiring Armando and his wife Jocelyn to fix my parents roof in Wildomar. From the very start they contacted me and set a time to stop by and give me an estimate for replacing the worn out roof. They arrived on time and later that day they emailed me a written estimate with a complete breakdown of how the job was going to be done the materials used and how long will it take to fix it. I returned to Carlsbad after being away for 14 years and purchased a home that needed a new roof. I looked for months for a roofer that I was comfortable with and finally took a risk with New Era Traditional Roofing based on a recommendation from an acquaintance. Armando Cruz provides excellent customer service and delivers a quality product. Due to heavy rains, residents of Southern California experienced a variety of roof related issues at the conclusion of 2010. Armando was the only roofer I contacted who worked me into his schedule almost immediately; other contractors estimated several weeks before they could fix my roof.
