VISTA MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO COME MEASURE MY DOOR I NEED BUILT FOR CELLAR ACCESS WAY. THEN THEY CALLED LAST MINUTE TO RESCHEDULE, 2ND ATTEMPT MURRY ARRIVED LATE, TOOK PICTURES, MEASUREMENTS, NEVER LEFT US A CARD, NEVER GOT BACK TO US, MY WIFE HAD TO TAKE TIME OFF TO BE IN ATTENDANCE FOR STRANGE REASONS. Where to start? Tankless water heater mounted on wall and then miles of pipe used to connect to regular plumbing thereby defeating the purpose of the heater. They had to redo the roof twice as they lied repeatedly about solar panels I wanted installed BEFORE they installed the roof. The second roofers counted the endless mistakes of the first roofers. BAD EXPERIENCE FROM NON DEPENDABLE COMPANY VISTA ROOFED MY HOUSE IN MAY 2012 . IN DEC 2012 IT LEAKED . I CALLED VISTA MANY TIMES AND LEFT MY IMFORMATION WITH THE GIRL FOR THEM TO CALL ME BACK. 1. Said contractor subjected me, my young children and other occupants and workmen to disruptive conditions, toxic hazardous materials and dangerous working and living conditions. This company should be on the FBI's 10 most wanted list. Vista is stealing money fom unsuspecting home owners daily. They tried to game me and my wife on 3 thousand dollars of work that was so far below par, a 3rd graders work would have been an upgrade. They laid down wood floors and cut a water pipe. This company preys on seniors - they do shoddy (at best) work and buffalo their way to getting seniors to hire them. My mom made the HUGE mistake of hiring them to fix her garage door. Not only did they charge her far more than necessary, she is STILL having to call them repeatedly to get them to install the light that ALWAYS go with automatic garage doors, and repair the HOLES they put in her garage wall and reconnect the light (that was always there & working) they disconnected when they di... I hired Vista Home Improvements for a complete overhaul on my bathroom. New Everything! They did a wonderful job and finished 3 days before they initially thought they would. Everything turned out beautiful and I am very pleased with the end result. Would recommend and use again. Read More »

I just spoke with guy at 9:21am in the morning. He said someone would be able to contact me back later. No one contacted me back so I decided to call again at 11:30am. At this time, he said his sales lady would have to call me later which he didn't know when she would be able to call me back. Then he proceeded to ask me that if he went himself he would I be able to write him a check when he was there. Wanted to remove and replace concrete sidewalk along house, approximately 170 square feet. I already had some panels removed to verify that the tree roots were causing uplifting and cracking of the slabs. I have a lot of concrete around my house, no rebars in it or cracks, only this portion along house was uplifted and cracked due to olieander roots. These are the worst Home Improvement people ever. Do not pick this company to fix your home. They do not honor their contract and find ways to charge more money. Even people standing outside Home Depot do a better job. They were hired to do both a cement job and roofing and did a very poor job. Read More »

I am in a nightmare with VIsta Home Improvements. The are simply unqualified to do the work. They have tried to make it right but simply don't seem to have the know how to make the improvements. Dont Trust them....It's no worth the baby sitting you have to do to get what you want done. My experience with Vista Home Improvements was horrible. I found them to be unreliable, dishonest, unprofessional and disrespectful. They did not complete the job they were hired for and I have been without a kitchen for over 4 months now. They have lied to me again and again with no compunction. I would like to tell you about my experience with Vista Home Improvements. Overall I am very satisfied with the quality of work that was done to my home. They did a complete kitchen remodel. New Cabinets, Countertops, Floors, Paint, Lights, the works! They said it was going to be a fairly clean process during the construction, but it was not. I would like to share with you all my experience with Vista Home Improvements. I hired them to install new hardwood floors on the first level of my home and new carpet upstairs. They replaced all my windows with new dual pane vynle windows which I just love! And they painted the interior of my house as well. Overall they did good job. They were here everyday as scheduled.
