Hello my wife and I have been living at Curtner Studios for about 5 year’s and the first three years were okay. This company seems to only care about its employees and not the owners reputation or property reputation, discriminate against tenants too, i was a victim of discrimination by Paula Lewis and one of their site mangers Graciela AKA Grace Valencia or filing complaints against her stupidity and constant errors! would send me letters instead of others, missing forms and failing to provide equal treatment to all tenants. as a tenant i have to say this is not a good company to have mange your bui... This company is all about one thing, and one thing only for all the properties it "manages" and that is they are there to siphon as much money from the property owners as they possibly can get away with by using dubious and shady accounting practices. Then they cover these up effectively by requiring the property owners to relinquish all monetary and financial control to them which includes writing all the monthly checks to their chosen vendors and paying themselves exorbitant "management fee...
