1 star is even too much for this company. Customer service is not one of their top priorities. I researched online for a wholesale company and theirs popped up right away. Usually I will look for reviews before I order anything from anyone. They did not have any, so I decided to take a risk and place a small order first. I am a small business owner in Okeene OK of a boutique. I just placed an order for the first time and LAST time with Prime Time Clothing, my order said it didnt go through because the address didnt match. It said retry so I did and put an RR. instead of RT. declined again. It said try again put periods in correct spots. Which where already right not OUR mistake no confirmation, phoned the company and they charged my account 3 times and put my money on hold for 7 to 10 business days.Which I ca... Read More »
