have had an account with this business for years, since i use the place to sell houses and often need to store furniture and appliance. we've never had any problems, nor have heard other customer complaints. security cameras seem to be on 24/7 and a few of my cop friends patrol the area. another bonus thanks to the location. First, David Hirsh (the manager of the branch we dealt with) was PHENOMENAL! He was kind and considerate and sincerely cared about us and our move. This is my second move and let me tell you how important it is to go with a trusted company. My previous move, I decided to shop around by price and go with the company that gave me the best offer. I found Los Angeles transfer and storage for a recent move from Chicago to Los Angeles. I have to say it’s been one of the best companies I have ever worked with. The three workers arrived on time and had everything packed in a couple of hours. Everything arrived on time 8 days later with nothing broken which was something I was very scared of because I had some very fragile wedding china from my parents. For my one bedroom apartment, I needed help moving cross country from LA to NYC. I packed most things by myself and they were able to help a bit for the last few things. The whole process was relatively quick of about 5 hrs with 3 guys. They seemed professional. Upon early arrival in NY, it worked out generally smooth. The move in was about 4 hrs with two guys.
