DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered 10 cases for my employees cell phones and only one came in the mail. I waited thinking it will come later but it never did. My order did not ship quickly as indicated on the web sight. Tried several time to contact the company and the phone number did not work and emails went un answered. I will never use this company again. I ordered a phone case, when I hit the order button it said that I owed 7.99 total. When I got my e-mail confirmation, they tacked on a 5.99 shipping charge which was not their when i ordered. I did find a customer service number. 800-871-6926. Bought from them twice in same week. Had to confirm before finding out shipping charges which were expensive. First order took 9 days. ,(standard shipping???!) Three Issues: 1) I had same shipping issue that others reported, where shipping costs (too high) are not disclosed until after credit card is charged. 2) They sent wrong product (indicated my request was out of stock and that they substituted another product). Like everyone else I got ripped off on the shipping charges, which they don't show you until after they take your credit card information. HOWEVER< do not let this deter you from taking a stand. You can dispute this with your credit card company, which is what I have done and which is what I always do when I am ripped off. You should do the same. Same old story-selected a few items and authorized purchase on paypal only to discover a hidden $17+ shipping charge. Cancelled the order as soon as I observed the price change. The shipping charge almost double the item total, and they purposely do not show the S&H charge until you clicked "Submit". And you had no way to cancel it, even I rejected the delivery, they will not refund. After several emails, they only do store credit, but not for the S&H charging. This is a scam, promising a discount and showing tge 25-40% discount when charging your credit card snd then adding the discount amount back on as shipping after the credit card is charged. Very disappointed with this company. They charged ridiculous high shipping fee, the worst part is they won't let you know that until you submit your order. After that, it's impossible to cancel the order. You can return it, however they still keep the shipping fee. So either way they got the money, you lost. "Beware!!! You won't see a shipping charge until you have paid for your purchase. By then it's a done deal. It would be inconsequential if shipping fees were reasonable, but they are not.
