STOLEN DEPOSIT - The absolute WORST! First called 718 554-8156 and it just rings busy. Then I Called 800 690-2085 -Serge the owner hides behind shield that "he doesn't take phone calls" - what a crock... Serge Krasner took my $300 deposit via PayPal @eliteautoshipping on Nov. 15th. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO BOOK YOUR CAR TRANSPORT! THEY TAKE A DEPOSIT, BAIT AND SWITCH YOU AFTER YOU SIGN A CONTRACT, THEN TRY TO DENY A REFUND WHEN YOU TRY TO CANCEL WITH THEM! I tried to book a transport of my car from LA to NY. They tool a deposit of $200 initially, to ship two cars. The man on the other side of the phone, whose name is Anthony, gave us a quote of $,2050 minus the deposit, leaving a balance of $1,850, and told us they'd look for a truck to ship our cars. I had an order confirmed for 3 weeks and prepaid a deposit. Called several times to confirm my pickup and were told it'll be done 1 or 2 days in advance. I called again during that time frame and got promised that I will hear from the dispatcher. On the day of the pickup, I finally got a call saying that they are unable to pick up my car and I can get it picked up the following day for $200 more. I contracted Elite Auto Shipping 2 weeks ago to have my altima transported from Hartford to my home in Newark. Elite Auto picked up my vehicle in a timely fashion and delivered it with no issues. Elite made my car transport as simple and as easy as possible. Their agents were extremely helpful throughout the car shipping process. I called Elite Auto Shipping about three days prior to having my '01 saturn transported from North Carolina to Maine. The agents at Elite gave me a good price for door to door shipping. I needed to transport my 1971 Chevelle ss but i was nervous about transporting my car for the first time. Ruben talked me through the process and recommended enclosed shipping for my car.They gave me a good deal from San Francisco to Florida and i was in constant contact with the driver Angel. I requested Elite to ship my F150 from Orlando Florida to Nyack NY and I asked them if they can pickup 08/14. They gave me the Lou the driver's number after I placed the order. When I called him he told me he can pickup in the morning which was fine. I got the truck on 08/17 a little dirty but expected. I spoke to Serge and he kept me up to date. Thanks! Read More »
