I wasted my time and money increased my debt and paid them for nothing lost a total of almost 20 thousand dollars by hiring pinnacle tax . Do not fall into their scam!!! They do not care about your debt or have any interest to getting it resolved. They just want your money. They falsely advertise help and resolution. I don't believe they know what they are doing. They took my money then dix nothing until I finallly had enough eight months latsr did acter I clex several timez the did my federal taxes wich cost me three thousand dollars because they waited too long to prepare them then they did my state after I called him several times in which they did wrong they came up San tyo $12,000 when I only owed four grand after I did them myself after they got theyrs money I had to beg them to do anthing so now im out si thousand dollars a.d they dont care t... I originally spoke to Jeremy at Pinnacle Tax and Financial Services and we set up an appointment to meet on Nov. 13th, 2012 . We decided to go back to 2004 and redo all my taxed thru 2011. This was priced at $5900 with a monthly payment arrangement to be fully paid by end of March 2013. I was EXTREMELY clear on making certain that my current wages will NOT be garnished. We are small business owners and have a large debt to the IRS (50K). We had an incompetent CPA who really inflated our liabilities. We contacted this company to look over our liabilities and file an amended return. They stated they could reduce or eliminate late fees and interest as well as have their CPA'S, Accountants & Attorneys amend our return. We paid them in June for the service in full. ALERT, These guys used to be AMERIPRIDE TAX GROUP. Charged us $12,000.00 then went underground. Reappeared as Pinnacle (same cast of characters) and refuse to follow through with the Ameripride contract. Do your homework,DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PINNACLE. Read More »

I called after hearing an ad on the radio, and wanted to hear what this company was all about. I spoke with their tax advisor Ian and told him about the wage levy received by my payroll department. After speaking for about 20 minutes about my income and expenses Ian said he would review my case in detail with his tax team to make sure Pinnacle can help. I came to Pinnacle tax after receiving a wage garnishment at work. After speaking to Ian twice on the phone, he assured me the garnishment would be lifted and every thing would be ok. I signed up and the next day my garnishment was lifted. After years of having my head in the sand I can finally have some peace of mind knowing you guys are on my side! I’d like to compliment you on your quick response and for the excellent service you provided me last month.
