On 2/6/2015, I received a phone call from this company selling me their service, for $199 a month. When I objected to the price, I was offered a free month. I said the price was outside my budget, and I was connected to a manager, who dropped the price to around $170. Later that day, I sent a cancellation request, then called to do the same. Flat out, it took me 2 weeks to realize that the first few clients I signed up HADN'T been scammed but I would say they DID get ripped off! These guys have been power calling our company for weeks now, I usually hang up as soon as I hear the automated message. Beware! They prey on small businesses and tell you they can bring you more business by getting your business to show up on the first google page. I worked for these clowns for 2 weeks and left right away. 29crime is a scam folks, they want to charge you about $295 to start plus $200 a month for WHAT? Greetings, The company cold called me...I agreed to SEO advertising. They told me nothing happens until I get some number from Google. I did not receive the "pin" for over a month. They took money from my account without my permission. They said I would need to look at their website before they could refund to me. Once I looked at their website they said that constituted using their services so I was ineligible for a refund. They finally agreed to a refund 60 days ago, but they have yet to send it. Don't believe everything people tell you . They promised me front page placement for 10 key words they get around it by only getting you placement on 1 word here or there. The bottom line is they did nothing for my business. I got no additional business and they were rude and would tell you anything to stay with them. Horrible service. BEWARE if you even think about giving them a chance please know that once you realize that they do not work and intent to cancel they are going to tell you that you had to call 30 days ahead. This is one of the biggest scams going. While I received NOTHING but aggravation from the supposed service I was to receive, I took my lumps and canceled. The next month, I was charged anyway. I called and promises were made by a supervisor (Ian) to reimburse the charges. Never happened. These people are thieves and liars. They also caused serious damage to my household. This company has called over 20 times the past two years, every time I clearly and rudely demand they stop calling here. Being polite, or not answering a tele-marketer, or adding them to the FTC's near worthless DNC list will not make them go away.
