There customer service is one of the worst I've delt with and I'm even including airlines and phone companies! My agents were on the phone while there was a 3 second delay on the other end! Chaos! The customer would either hang up or the conversation would go very bad. I tried for two weeks with 12 calls and not one call back to resolve the issue!
