I have had this plan for one month and tried to cancel it for three months. They never answer their emails, never answer the phone calls, and the billing personal does not exist. At least I have never heard of them. I never used the plan so I don't know if it is a good plan or not. But be careful because THERE IS NO ONE THERE TO ANSWER your billing information. So this company asked me to make an account and try it out for two weeks without any charges or termination fees. I tried it and when I didn't like it and wanted to cancel my account they charged me cancellation fees. They aren't who they say they are and when I tried calling everyone and being on the phone for hours no one helped me. In all the industry of people who do credit card processing this company appears to be the bad guy, the one that rip you off. They don’t have integrity or a clean business. Some things are hidden, they are not transparent on what they charge, their statements are difficult to understand and have errors. Meritus Payment Solutions is a terrible company, DO NOT USE THEM, you will regret it. I am currently fighting an attempted $10,483.11 cancellation fee from. After 8 months of receiving very poor and inconsistent service from Meritus we went to another provider at a better rate and no reserve. After two months Meritus released the majority of our reserve ($10,483.11 but still owing us $1779.68). We switched to Meritus Payment Solutions in 2011 for our credit card processing needs. We've been with them for over one year now. Our main motivation for switching was a savings in fees as compared to what we were paying through our bank. What we gained is so much more. I have been dealing with you for approx 8-10 years, with one company then another. You monitored our account and have lowered my fees at least twice. It is difficult for a small-ish business getting reasonable rates as we do not have the gross sales and clout of the regional/national chains. Meritus promises to be the exception for businesses like ours. My account representative, and her company worked hard for my business and they continue to work hard to keep it. . Our facility is a 172,000 square ft. facility which is unique and requires multiple financial transactions daily. Meritus Payment Solutions helped make this transition smooth. It was not an easy task, but they made it happen. My account executive stayed calm when complications came up, and we worked well together to solve problems. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE NORM TO HELP US WITH OUR BANKING AND CREDIT CARD SERVICES. MERITUS WAS VERY GOOD AT EXPLAINING THE PROCESS TO US, AND OUR ACCOUNT EXCEUTIVE WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO ASSIST US AND OUR SOFTWARE TEAM IN SECURING OUR PCI COMPLIANCE. I found this website after I got burned from Meritus Payments Solutions. they claim my early termination fee equal to total of my reserve which is $7600. now I have my attorney on this case, I rather have my attorney spend that money than Meritus.
