I've had occasion to use GCI many times over the years on my personal residence and a rental property. They have shown good workmanship practices and have always treated me fairly and equitably. We just finished our home remodel with Steve and his crew. We added 600 sq/ft to our 860 sq/ft house. We cannot say enough good things about them. Steve is exactly the opposite of those horror story contractors that you hear about. He was extremely responsive and attentive to our needs. When we called him, he would either pick right up or call us back within a few hours. His crew is incredible. I interviewed many contractors before awarding it to GCI. It was a very complex excavation and elevator construct and installation for my aging father's Southern California home. I was located in Northern California. I knew immediately upon meeting with Steve Goldsberry that the job would be done fairly, completely, and expertly.
