I hired Jared Green (President of Approved Contractor Inc.) in May, 2011. Our contract spelled the type of work involved which is removing the wood siding over my garage, paint the front door and all the wood on the outside of the house which includes the fascia and eaves. The contract specified removing the wood siding and replaced it with brown, scratch and finish with a stucco to match the one existing on the rest of the house and to wash, sand and primer all the wood before painting. I wasn't sure who to choose for my replacement windows in Arleta CA. and had several quotes form private companies, and one from a major home improvment wherehouse type store so I was pretty used to the routine by the time Jared came by to give me a quote. He seemed to offer the best quality and workmanship of the several I had already spoken to.
