We recently closed a refinance loan that we obtained through Ratecomb. When we started the process, we were skeptical because the rate was much lower than other sites/lenders, but it was for real. Rohit, Shruthi, Abhishek and crew at Ratecomb were patient and helpful, and answered our questions clearly and thoughtfully, and with a sense of humor. We just finished re-financing with Ratecomb. I monitored the rate for some time before decided to start the process. Ratecomb.com is very useful website with real time rates. I really like that most of the process went through emails - Ratecomb team responded promptly and answered all my questions. Clients also can call Rohit and ask questions over the phone if needed. Hats off to Mr. Rohit Jain, Ms Shruthi and the Ratecomb Processing Team! Mr Jain have been very understanding of my situation. He was very patient and informative throughout the process of our Refi. He had no qualms about answering my meticulous questions thru the e-mail. I rarely write a review unless it’s truly a remarkable experience. We recently went through a very complicated refinance loan and Ratecomb has provided us quite a few solutions and alternative options to ease the process. Ratecomb did a fantastic job getting my loan at a great rate! They are wonderful to work with - polite, thorough, reliable - and they do not try to make any changes at the last minute. I would recommend ratecomb to friends and family, I went through many brokers till I found ratecomb.com They did a wonderful job helping me close my refi loan. I would highly recommend Ratecomb for the excellent service and great rates. We recently closed on a short sale purchase; the experience though daunting and time consuming, was helped along with extremely helpful Simermeet and Shruthi. I needed to fund and close my Mortgage within a 30 day window because I had a 30 day rate lock. Shruthi Manish was the person I worked with, and she did an excellent job of letting me know what I needed to do to fund on time, and also worked on a daily basis with Caliber Funding(Lender),to ensure things were moving along for my close date. I normally don't write reviews, unless my experience was either ghastly horrific or remarkably outstanding. My refinance with Ratecomb.com was the latter, especially in my interactions with Simermeet and Shruthi! They were very responsive and delivered what they promised.
