When I ordered my business cards from this company initially I designed the card wrong and put a wrong phone number. As soon as I put in the order I realized I messed up so I called customer service immedietly! Customer Service said I still had time to fix the mistake to just go on the site and fix it. When I got the cards delivered the phone number was wrong. The lady on the phone said " Oh we usually have the customer pay half, but since it was our error we will pay to fix it."... Read More »

As many years as a graphic design artist, I've NEVER encountered such HORRIBLE customer service!! I decided to change printing company to save a little money..and their printing quality was HORRIBLE! Next, they said in order to refund my money, I had to return the cards (which I don't mind doing) but they told me I HAD TO PAY FOR SHIPPING...company policy! First I was told my order wouldn't ship for over a month. I later went on their online chat to verify this ship date and inform them that I'd had an unforeseen expense and my account would not have sufficient funds to pay the bill until February, so I wanted to make sure they would not bill me until they shipped the item. this company is Terrible!!!!!!! they drained $275 out of our account and had the nerve after we caught it to say it was our fault!!!! so far to date they put in $100.00 bucks in our account and still waiting almost 2 months later to get the $175.00 dollar check. To top it off i tried doing a live chat on the net with one guy and said he couldnt check into anything about checks.
