This place is a total scam - and this isn't an opinion, it's a nationwide fact. They've changed their name numerous times to avoid public scrutiny (they are the same as Lumpsum Settlement and Lumpsum Pension Loans) but they can't escape national headlines and investigation by the California Justice Department for the illegal practice of taking over a pension fund so they can advance it (with exorbitant interest rates). The website CLEARLY states "will beat any other offer" yet they won't!! They offered me $7,000 LESS then 4 other companies and the service!!! I stopped working with them to go to a better company but then they told me they had a buyer and would have me funded within a week and they LIED!!! I was promised that they would change the deal and match the other offers (sent them proof of the other offers. all 4 other companies gave me the same offer except for this one and the other companies will... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! I've tried to be patient with this company,but no one in the company is honest about the process or policies in place; or maybe they just don't know the process. Each person promises things they can't deliver - including funding in a timely manner. I was told up front it would be 2-4 weeks for funding after receiving my paperwork; so I made sure I crossed every t and dotted every i and it took over 3 months and 2 complaints to the BBB. They would tell you about a person ready to see their payments. Once you put money in the investment pool, its hell or high water to get ahold of them. Their office is in southamerica. but have a branch in the usa. Im out 45k from dealing with them. If you talk to Benj, eDA, OR Mike your getting scammed big time. Stay away. Read More »
