Our experience with GCC Partners was always very pleasant. Scott is a wonderful person and always worked with us no matter what situation we were in. Anything that needed to be fixed... called and a date was set to come and get things handled. Out of all the landlords we've had.. Hands down GCC Partners (Scott) is the best. We had a phenomenal experience renting from GCC Partners. Dealing with Scott was always hassle-free, as he is a very understanding and easygoing person. He always stepped in and took care of business when necessary and worked with us to find a solution with the HOA when there were issues. He was very fair in determining how much of our security deposit we got back, and even helped cover the cost of cleaning up a large detergent stain we had left. The folks at GCC are great. I rented from them for almost 2 years with zero issues. Anything broken... fixed right away. When we moved out we were worried as our lease wasn't quite up. NO PROBLEM. Scott worked with us and said as long as we left things in good shape we would be fine. He was right. We got the whole deposit back.
