I purchased Lash Appeal through an infomercial on or about October 2010 with a trial period. I did not notice any significan change in my eyelashes. I returned the original items before the trial period was up. However, they sent me an additional order which I promptly returned. They charge by credit card for the 2nd item which I disputed and the credit card company removed the charge. Now on my May statement they have run the charge for the 2nd order again.
