Spoke to John Real 10/9 about my tax problem, he emailed me checklist of what to send and request for $1550 which I paid by BOA debit. So far I'm not impressed. They have taken my money and said they would stop the garnishment, well that has'nt happened. The IRS is garnishing my social security check. This company cannot be trusted. Care absolutely NOTHINNG about their clients. I read lots of negative reviews when I first hired them in 2010 but ignored the reviews. They did exactly to me what oters warned. (TAKE YOUR MONEY, MAKE PROMISES, BUT DONT FOLLOW THROUGH). It;s been 5 years and my case still hasn't been resolved. They now want money to continue. The people at 911 Tax Relief took away a huge pressure and stress that has been hanging over my head for quite some now. When I first contacted them,their promises made me feel like this is a real God sent! I explained them my current situation and they assured me that I would not be owing even close to the amt of the original debt as they have helped thousands of cases in similar situations and they would work with the Revenue Agent on my behalf to make sure this is resolved in a timely and productive manner. Great sales job concerning the company's capabilities -- seems to be the best part of working with the company! Telling and doing are fundamentally different. I needed to negotiate with the IRS for two years of taxes, get the amount reduced, and once done, establish an affordable payment plan. After $1800 fee and a year of work, the IRS can still take any Tax Refund from future years. It happened to me. I wasted my money with 911 Tax Relief. Had I known that the IRS could take future refunds even AFTER negotiations, I would've just called the IRS and settled my debt myself. 911 Tax Relief was a HUGE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. 911 Tax Relief did NOT advise me of this condition. In mid 2011,I signed an agreement with 911 Tax Relief, Riverside, to negotiate a serious tax issue with the IRS.They requested details of the problem and promptly began discussions with the IRS. Initially they were successful in getting a penalty reduced by $2000. Then, to my great relief, they negotiated a very reasonable monthly payment schedule. To all if you don't know now you know!!!! I would like to thank you guys. When, I say 911 TAX RELIEF ROCKS!!!If you don't use these guys your CRAZY. They got my husband out of paying back taxes that he didn't owe. The IRS said they where going to put a tax lien on him. This company gets 4 out of 5 stars for its rating. Overall everything went very well with this company. The service was great, they returned calls and the fee seemed to be reasonable after extensive research with other companies. I only had 1 thing that bothered me, they are not open on weekends. The boys over at 911 Tax Relief helped take away the stress of dealing with our tax problems. Not only did they get the last five years of taxes caught up, but like they said, through their aggressive filing it reduced our balance significantly. This firm was very fair, I have talked to several firms over the past year and all wanted to charge me an average of $3500 to take care of my tax issue. I had not filed my taxes in over 7 years and the IRS said I owed over $40,000. They gave it to me straight and told me I would not qualify for a settlement like all the other firms but felt very strong that by having them file my taxes and trying to reduce the penalties the majority of the issue would go away. I was helped by 911 Tax Relief recently. Yesterday I actually just got the result of the offer that they helped me make to the IRS and the offer was accepted.
