Been customer since 2012. In 2016 we start getting delays and website not working properly. Try to order again in 2020, no response. Charged my cc and did not answer emails or phone. Called in this year to ask what to do if cc charging not working. They said try again another day. Been trying for a week. Maybe people got addicted to drugs in that company or something no clue. Awful...Awful...Awful... This is an awful company to do business with... I placed an order 8/30 even called to make sure the order would be complete and delivered by 8/8 for a family reunion on Saturday 12pm. I gave you all of this information paid the extra money for shipping and rushed. I called 5 times from 8/30 to 8/5 and was told yes we are on schedule no problems. in January ordered 8 shirts to be printed on front and back. Received shirts with all printed on front and only 2 on back. After writing and complaining they said to take pictures and they would redo the 6 shirts in the sizes we needed. Told them we needed the shirts by the 14th of February. Received the shirts the Friday before and all shirts printed on front and none on back .After a half hour on phone left my number but never received a call. Custom order, text missing from front, item sized incorrectly, graphic and text on back of hoodie was started under neckline so the hood covered it. Unfortunately, I didn't do my homework before hand. I ordered shirts for the upcoming fair. They guaranteed them to be here. Never thought twice about having a problem. No show so I called. No one to speak to, only live chat. Same information given that everyone else has been given. They can give 20.00 credit for next order or I can pay for special delivery which is not guaranteed either. What a scam!!! Read More »

This crap company promised me delivery on 34 tshirts, $600 worth of merchandise, by Dec 9. It is now Dec 17, and still no shirts, no tracking number, no response to calls or emails, an unable to file a claim. I needed them in time for a holiday party (it even says Dec 17 on the shirt). When I reached out via facebook, they finally responded telling me that half the order is still in production and the artwork is still being prepared for the other half. Shame on Ooshirts! We spent $560 on shirts for a fundraising event. Ooshirts printed them in the wrong colors and we could not use the shirts. We filed a claim with Ooshirts on the day we received the misprinted shirts, but it took them 3 weeks to respond despite our many attempts to contact someone in the claims department. I ordered 30 shirts with rushed shipping, it has now been 12 business days since. I messaged them, and they sent me a coupon, and i said i want a refund for my order. and i was told by Candice in the claims department that I accepted the coupon so that was it. On the day I was supposed to receive my shirts, I checked their website, but there was still no tracking number. When I called, they explained that they had sent them to the wrong person. Upon using this company to begin with, I had to call about placing an order for custom shirt design because their site only offered a preview of one shirt, whereas I wanted to preview all shirts I had designed for print. When I called I was told, "Our design department reviews all orders before printing. You can't see the preview of the other shirt but as long as the logo is the same (men and women), placement of the design will automatically be corrected. We deal with orders like this... I've ordered a few times from ooshirts and the outcome has always been awful. In the past four orders I've had, I've had to file four claims on which they screwed up my order. When, after a few days, admitting to ruining my shirts, they usually offer me terrible options such as a 10% discount on a future order. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. Shipping: FAST! We received the shirts a few days earlier then expected which was fantastic. Graphics: They were not as Bold and Bright as I thought they could have been. The standardized location of the graphics were good for the Adult size shirts. I ordered shirts in bulk as part of a fundraising initiative for my chorus and band. The website appears easy to use, but once you start ordering it's very complicated. ORDER ARRIVED LATE. "2-Week Guarantee" yeah right! T-shirts were not there for an important event I had. Ruined the entire event. Pretty much the late shipment resulted in $1000+ in damages on my side. Lawsuit coming up? Perhaps. They never even gave me a partial refund for the late delivery. My friend told me about this website from when she ordered her daughter’s softball shirts and said they were good. She was right!
