Being the first time here, Maxine provided with information and comfort to come in anytime. She was very friendly and i am glad to have decided to walk in to your store. When I walked into West Coast Gold Buyers I didnt know what to expect because I have never sold gold before but luckily I was able to work with Sarah. The customer service she provided was beyond perfection! She was very polite and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I even learned a thing or two about gold before I left because of Sarah. I just had the opportunity to go to the Granada Hills location where my mother and I dealt with Sarah. What a delight. She explained everything in a professional, yet friendly manner. We were a bit skeptical about selling our gold, and we told her we wanted to talk to our jeweler first before committing to anything. She thoroughly understood.
