I have not transported car before and was a little bit nervous of the process. I needed my Chevy Malibu to be shipped from Denver to Memphis and the pick up was on exact date - 4th of December, because I had a flight at night same day. Order #11557-FV Ampm owes us a $295.00 refund after accidentally double charging. After months of phone calls and many headaches still no refund, and horrific customer relations to handle the issue. The Shipment was completed in January it is now July. My brand new 2015 BMW M3 pickup was in Denver, delivery in LA. I talked to Scott. He was able to reserve the last spot on truck for me and scheduled pickup date in two days. He explained the pros and cons of open versus enclosed car transport and I decided to go with enclosed. I happy I did(even though it was expensive). Terrible experience with the previous company. I had scratches on my wheel that cost me $500 to fix. So a bit worried to transport the car. But AmPm brought back my belief in a professional company in the industry. Just one call to Scott, and everything was handled almost immediately. My 2009 Ford Escape pick-up was earlier than originally discussed, and happened to be perfect timing. The driver picked up in Los Angeles, and then dropped off in Charlotte. You guys deserve my glowing review. I called them in the morning and an hour later they had a number and a date for a carrier to come pick up my 2015 Chevy Trax. Global Auto Transportation also known as AM PM Auto transport is the worst auto shipping company to deal with. They have insurance but not cargo insurance, meaning if your vehicle gets damaged during shipping process you don't have any recourse3 against them but to take them to either small claims court or to file a claim on your own insurance which i had to do because i dont have time to go to court.
