They treat their employees like trash. No respect for knowledge and experience. The place is run like a dictatorship or a kiddy club. The Ops Mgr "Jason Button" an incompetent salesperson, will put a client on hold to check a text notification on his cell phone and will consistently loosing sales and ruining sales on calls you escalate to him. They think they can call whoever they want as many times as they want. They don't follow through with promises and certainly do not follow the rules for calling prospects. Don't be fooled by them! Read More »

This company has called no less than 50 times regardless of how I ask to be removed from their marketing list. I was told there is no "list" and they will keep calling.... I guess forever. I don't believe that a reputable company would use this type of marketing tatics. Read More »

Royal Tech will not stop calling my place of business, they have called 3 times a week for 2 months and after requesting we be put on the Do NOT Call list they advised us we could not be removed unless we "bought something" and that would stop the calls. Have spoken to multiple managers over there in California each time with the promise of them stopping the calls, only to be followed up with another call.
