Very professional! I lost the keys to my Lexus, the dealer gave me a ridiculous price over the phone. A friend of mine gave me their phone number told me he used them before and got great service. Eric answered the call and gave me the price over the phone and I couldn't believe it how much cheaper he was from the dealer.
